The company team members have undergone a rigorous training process in commercial forestry and business development supported by the Forestry Development Trust for 9 months. African Forestry and Forestry Development Trust exposed the team to African Forestry members to learn from their experienced forestry experts at both Green Resources and Tanganyika Wattle Company. The team decided to put the lesson learned into practice, we managed to produce and sale 150,000 seedlings from improved seeds and provided plantation establishment services to 6 clients in Njombe and Mahen.
